Karma came out on top of Copenhagen Games 2015's female tournament after seeing off Ubinited 2-1 (16-12 on de_mirage, 14-16 on de_cache and 16-11 on de_overpass). Ten female teams hailing from Europe and two from North America travelled to Copenhagen for what has for years been one of the most important tournaments of the year. Karma, who had finished runners-up to 3DMAX at last year's ESWC, came into Copenhagen Games with just a mid-seed but that hardly bothered them as they reached the title decider after moving past ICY Phoenix and Intel Challenge Katowice winners Bad Monkey Gaming by 2-1 scorelines.
From the other side of the bracket came another North American side, Ubinited, who beat CM Storm and 3DMAX en route to the final. With the first prize of €3,300 on the line, it was Karma who came out the brighter in the series as they took a 1-0 lead following a 16-12 victory on de_mirage. Christine "potter" Chi's troops then equalised thanks to a 16-14 triumph on de_cache, but Karma regained control of the proceedings and sealed the victory after a 16-11 success on de_overpass.
